Project Green Foot (PGF) is a non-profit organization aimed to sustain and conserve organic seeds through the preservation of nature; in respect with indigenous stewardship and wildlife.
PGF aims to manage ecosystems grown in a conserved area, while providing an educational experience of an environment that’s sustainable and in harmony with the natural world.
PGF is a collaboration of skilled diverse people from all walks of life who love nature and seek to thrive in the untouched world while helping to transform our relationship with food, wildlife and our planet.
Our Mission
Our mission is to preserve nature through the focused conservation of organic edible and usable seed-bearing plants while maximizing organic cleanliness & heirloom genetic structure.
PGF emerged in response to the escalating trend of genetically modified fruits and vegetables lacking seeds. The scarcity of seed-bearing produce availability to local communities sparked our commitment to safeguard the growth and production of organic food, the natural world and all of its diverse inhabitants.
We recognize that tampering with the genetics of nature may disrupt the delicate balance that sustains us; leading to a detrimental relationship with the order of life, ourselves and the world around us.
Holistic Vision
Our vision encompasses a planet where organic natural seeds are conserved, and the propagation of edible/usable plant species thrives unaltered in nature.
We believe that by respecting the innate process that governs life, we can forge a sustainable coexistence that benefits both present and future generations. At PGF we envision a world where harmony with nature is paramount, and the intricate tapestry of life is revered and preserved.
We aspire to establish multiple hubs worldwide, each nurturing a vast arboretum of fruit trees and edible/usable plants, essentially a food forest. These centers will stand as living testaments to the beauty of natural food growth, serving as educational resources that reconnect individuals with the origins of their sustenance. We are dedicated to fostering an environmentally sustainable future by embracing the inherent rhythms of nature and acknowledging the profound connection between humanity and the entire spectrum of life.
